There is a 7-day “I Cherish Your Happiness” Guarantee for Prized & Pursued (“the Product”), which is governed by the following terms. 

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision for you, in order to request a refund, you must email [email protected], no later than 11:59 EST on the 7th day following your purchase of Prized & Pursued. For example, if the course is purchased on October 1, the final day to request a refund is October 8 at 11:59pm EST. 

The Company will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 7 days following the date of purchase. After day 7, all payments are non-refundable, and you will remain responsible for all fees for the Product regardless of whether you complete the program. 

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 7 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

Your satisfaction with the Product is important to us. You agree that unless you are eligible to request a refund as specified, no refund will be provided. By using and/or purchasing the Product, you understand and agree that, except for the limited refund policies outlined below, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. 

All refunds are discretionary as determined by the Company, unless otherwise required by law.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

If your refund request is approved, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the Product and any materials or templates provided to you under these TOU. You shall immediately cease using the Product and all materials. This includes without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, templates, slide shows, membership areas, private social media groups, and other resources.

PRODUCT

You will receive the tools and services as outlined on the web page where you register for the Product. 

If you wish to participate in another program in the future or purchase any other products or services from the Company, all terms of these TOU will continue to apply unless superseded by another agreement in writing. 

The Product is intended and only suitable for individuals aged 18 and above. Some of the content in the Product may not be appropriate for children. Company hereby disclaims all liability for use by individuals under the age of 18.

The Company reserves the right to offer additional elements from time to time, for any subgroup of purchasers. These additional elements are a bonus, not a part of the services included in the base version of the Product. The selection of the clients who may participate in any additional elements is at the sole discretion of the Company and if you are not selected to participate no refund will be issued on those grounds. 

Online Course Intellectual Property

LIMITED LICENSE

Any and all materials, paid or free, that You access on this or any related domains that contain Our Offering are under the sole ownership or licensed use of Crystal Irom.

To be clear, We own Our page layout and design, overall look and appearance, individual graphics, icons, videos, written material, logos, taglines, and trademarks (common law or federally registered). You are not allowed to reproduce any part of Our website(s), program(s), product(s), service materials, or related communications.

You are only receiving a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for non-commercial use only in order to access any content or materials in the Offering You have paid for or opted to receive. You acknowledge that if You exceed the scope of this license, as determined by a legal authority such as a court of law or the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board, You have committed infringement in a manner that materially harms Us, and We have the right to seek damages and/or an injunction to remedy the situation until We are made whole.

You may:

•  Access the Offering for Your personal use 
• Download and/or print any Offering materials for Your personal use 
• Use Our trademarks and copyrighted materials with Our prior written consent and proper credit and marking, namely, citing ©Crystal Irom as the source of the materials and marking any federally registered trademarks with ® or common law trademarks with ™ in accordance with the below.

You may not:

• Re-sell or trade Your access to the Product.
• Share the Product with anyone else who has not yet purchased it or opted in to receive it.
•  Reprint or republish any of the Product, in part or in whole.
• Distribute any of the materials contained in the Product or related materials and/or communications as Your own, otherwise known as stealing
• Reproduce and alter, edit, remix, or in any way create a derivative of any part or whole of the Offering for distribution as Your own work.
• Claim ownership or use over any of Our Intellectual Property without Our prior consent, which includes (but is not limited to): copyrights such as course materials, worksheets, workbooks, lessons, videos, and other content; trademarks such as names, logos, taglines, or other unique source identifiers; or trade dress including the look and feel of the Product (and its related communications and materials).
• Use the Product or any related materials and/or communications in an unlawful way or for any illegal or unlawful purpose(s). 

PAYMENT

You agree to the fees and payment schedule for the Product selected at checkout. 

• Pay-in-Full Payment Option: If you selected the pay-in-full payment option at checkout, you agree to pay a one-time, immediate payment as indicated on the sales page.
• Installment Payment Option: If you selected an installment payment option at checkout, you agree to make each installment payment as indicated on the sales page, on time and in full. Installment payments will be due on the same calendar day each month until your payment obligations are complete. Please note: If you enroll in a payment plan offered through a third-party payment servicer   you will be directed to that third-party payment servicer’s website and you agree to be subject to that third-party’s terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these T&C. 
• If paying by debit card or credit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card for all fees and charges due and payable to the Company, without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt. You also agree that the Company is authorized to share any payment information and instructions required to complete the payment transactions with its third-party payment service providers (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services).
• If payment is not received by the date due, the Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Product and all Content, as defined below, immediately and permanently.  
• If you fail to make any payment in a timely manner, voluntarily withdraw, or discontinue your usage of the Product at any time or for any reason, you will remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Product and all payments in any payment plan you have chosen. The Company reserves the right to charge a late fee on all balances more than 30 days overdue up to the highest rate allowable by law. You agree to reimburse the Company for all collection and/or legal fees and expenses necessitated by lateness or default in payment.

CHARGEBACKS

Since we have a clear and explicit Refund Policy in these Terms & Conditions that you have agreed to prior to completing the purchase of the Product, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or payment processor. 

If a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account, which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. 

The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback.
